DLM Installations was founded by David McUpperman to give Ohio businesses a more responsive and accountable security partner. DLM combines practical field experience, commercial system design, local service, and continuing system management to help customers protect their facilities without being left to manage everything alone.

Most security companies install hardware and move on. DLM operates differently. We enter long-term managed service agreements with our commercial clients — becoming the operational team behind their security systems.
That means when an employee leaves and needs their access revoked, DLM handles it. When an alarm code needs to be updated, DLM handles it. When an inspection needs to be scheduled, DLM handles it. For customers enrolled in a compatible managed-security plan, DLM can monitor system health and help identify camera or system issues before they become larger failures.
